Meet the Man Behind the Brand – Tom Ansell
Hey, I’m Tom, the face and engine behind TN Fitness. I’ve spent the last few decades on the pitch, in the kitchen, and in the gym — and I’ve built this brand to bring together everything I’ve learned about performance, health, and results that last.
Here’s a bit more about me:
🏉 Over 30 years in rugby – Playing, coaching, and learning what it takes to stay fit, resilient, and competitive at every level.
🍽️ 10 years as a professional chef – So I know how to make nutrition practical, enjoyable, and sustainable.
🎓 BSc (Hons) in Sport Science & Rugby – Backed by science, not guesswork.
📚 Qualified Personal Trainer & Sports Nutritionist – I design training and food plans that work together, not against each other.
🌍 Holistic, human approach – My methods are rooted in evidence, but shaped by real-world experience. Life happens — your training should adapt.
